Mr. Wouter d’Ailly is a Founding and Managing Partner of ForeFront Performance. For over 25 years, ForeFront has worked from Argentina to Fort McMurray, helping companies gamify their workplace to significantly improve labour, productivity and safety. 

Wouter works directly with his clients, trains his business coaches, oversees service delivery, and continues to develop the human behaviour model.

Wouter has an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a BA from Concordia University.

John MacNeil, Corporate Red Seal Chef, Zenabis 

John MacNeil has a long list of credentials and experience that qualify him as a Master of Molecular gastronomy. Inspired by the freshness and quality of ingredients at local markets in his hometown of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Chef MacNeil went on to study Culinary Arts at Charlottetown’s Holland College and obtained his Red Seal certification in 2004.

This cooking with cannabis class will focus on various ways to bring healthy, cannabis-friendly recipes into home cooking exploration. We will explore simple ways to infuse dishes and drinks with terpenes & fresh herbs, allowing a synergistic portfolio of tastes and effects. Sharing twists on everyday favourite foods we aim to infuse not only our meals but our entire experience in the kitchen with new energy and flavour.

Sarah Kelly, Certified Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Instructor, Home Cook & Mixologist. 

Sarah loves sharing her passion for infusion cooking with those who want to experiment in their own kitchen! She works as a partner of the team at Hybrid Pharm in Ottawa teaching cooking with ease seminars and cannabis-friendly yoga classes.
